| Kyle on pole...a win in the nationwide 32 on OLD tires & possible gas shortage.....Pit strategy tonight I bet with alot of drivers bypassing new tires for track position & possibly bringing out cautions....MIGHT be a pretty interesting race. I believe we now have a true war with gibbs young guns & 'jr & co'? Wonder what ole tony is thinking???? | |

| Did anyone notice how drained & tired kyle looked during his interview. I have no clue why they didn't change them batteries MUCH sooner! They waited till he was down to 8 1/2" amps & changed them with what 50 laps to go! They had him run over 300 miles, no a/c & constantly switching things to save voltages. To go a lap down, DRIVER himself back on the lead lap by PASSING the leader, starting in the back & finishing 2nd...heck of a job. He sure wanted to win this race, you could see the disappointment in his face. But kk...i believe he is back! Kasey car was stronger on the long green racing where kyle was more stronger on the shorter runs. Drina, dale??? what on earth . Good thing him & gordon made a later pit stop so that when the rest of the cars pitted for gas, they were able to stay out...nice finish considering the night he had! Drina, did you also notice what made that team start going 'down hill'? Even DW pointed it out. Jr needs to stop being boss & let tony make the calls. What about tony causing that pile up on the restart when he was leading??? Did he forget to push the gas peddle or what???? I bet denny was spitting bullets on that one! It was pretty boring at the beginning of the race but it got better. Duck running out of gas hehehe coasted to the line. Ok everyone chime in on your discussion & view of the race please! | |

| jr did a great job coming in 5th with a wrecked car :) i dont know what DW was talking about though, i was listening to jrs scanner and he was quiet up until after the wreck and then he was really funny!!! i like darrel, but i thing he needs to lay off jr alittle. he expects too much out of him. thats just what i've noticed. yeh, i noticed kyles interview and the way he looked. thats crazy, but i was supprised that car lasted the entire race and i think he got 2nd? and yeh, like you said, they should've chainged that earlier and not waited, kinda dangerous but overall it was a good race and congrats to kasey, although i was looking forward to seeing smoke get it until his tire blew!!! what the hell does my boys have to do to get a win around here lol | |

| I'm wondering what MY guy has to do to get another win. Well, congrats to Kurt for leading laps - wow! Kyle came in 3rd, I'd be pleased with that. I'm sure he was, but I can understand him being upset and exhausted. Did everyone see Kasey dowsing himself with his water???? And he even poured it down the front of his firesuit - funny! Too bad Patty wasn't there to do it for him. And Jimmie got called into the garage. I was happy that they had the camera on Chad - I'm always happy for that. Yea, Junior did well with his bad car. That's something to be proud of too. AND WHAT ABOUT VICKER'S TIRE!?!?!? LMFAO! It's only funny because noone got hurt, of course. All those people cheered and thew up their arms. | |

| Oh, my Ryan's still "here", trust me. We need to have a picture thread so I can post my Kyle pics for this site, and I can still keep my Ryan avatar. *sigh*
Nah, I just wanted a more "appropriate" pic for this forum. Besides, I thought that Patty would get a kick out of that pic of him plugging his ears.
Talk about the perfect caption contest!
About the tire, thank goodness noone was hurt - but that was hilarious watching it go flying. I think Ryan has to give up his Rocket title.

| No offense to DALE-BUT--DID ANYONE THINK IT WAS FAIR THAT DALE GOT THE SAME PENALTY THAT KYLE GOT.DALE HAD 5 OR 6 VIOLATIONS TO kyles 1 yet they both got sent to the back of the longest line.Dales- violations 1-2 entering pitts while closed-2 speeding while entering the pitts 2 speeding exiting the pits Kyles 1 enter pits while closed.Come on they had it right putting Dale a lap down, but the powers that be wouldnt allow that. | |

| ok, even me being a jr fan will agree, yes jr did break ALOT of rules and nascar let him off. i'm not like most fans that say there driver does no wrong, but i'm happy jr was able to stay on the lead lap. i've seen other drivers get away with things. you guys might not agree with me and think im just saying all this because jr's my fav, but he needed a break and nascar gave it too him last night.
thats all i'm saying on that subject ;)

| lions i'm with you there. Jr was FLYING down that pitroad. I think that the nascar officials just didn't want the wrath of the Jr Nation on them lmao. NO driver 'deserves or earns' a break......it's either against the rules or it's not..they should be treated equally no matter who they are. That's my story & I'm stickin to it :cyclops: | |

| Couldn't have said it better myself, Patty. Speaking of penalties, I don't remember this personally, but some boo-hooer on the J.J. forum said that it wasn't fair that Jimmie got penalized more for having the same issue that Ryan did with his car. OK, I will be nice and agree that, yes, the penalties should have been the same. However, being the Ryan nut that I am - here you go: And, yes, I saw that stupid "Anybody but Kyle" sign. And someone had a sign that said, "Blah..blah...Driving stupid...blah...blah...I'm Kyle Busch" - something like that. You know, with all that hate I'm surprised fights don't break out. | |

| LMAO, Drina! Lord know what kind of sign I'D be holding up. Ryan would be walking on the stage surrounded by bodyguards. I will be honest - I was mainly hoping for a Tony win because I know that my father-in-law hates his guts. | |
